1984 Armagnac, Cepages Nobles 48%

Tasted: Oct 2005

Very pronounced mature aromas of rich dried fruit, alcohol soaked cherries, plums, apricot, marzipan and sumptuous real liquid honey. Lovely delicate cinnamon spices with time. The palate is very oily and pronounced with liquid honey, sappy apricot, plums, macerated dried fruit and marzipan. Intense but balanced. Very long with some noticeable wood tannins and a spicy finish.
