The nose is full and wheaty with plenty of spirit character. There is a fresh, almost glacial edge and with time some sweeter cereal notes.
The palate is full and soft with wheat and a touch of vanilla. Like the nose there is plenty of spirit character with a slightly edgy, herbal note on the middle and a bitter mineral (if that’s possible?) finish.
