Chateau Fotpinot Tasting Notes

Tasted: Nov 2003

A deep, caramelised nose with rich cherry fruit, oak and honey. Quite rounded but the caramel is annoying. Smooth palate with some alcohol laced spicy fruit cake but again the caramel ruins the fun.
