Distilled from Jersey Royal Potato infused with seven botanicals including local sourced elderflower.
Quite full and aromatic with a hint of rose petal, juniper, lemon, peppermint, smoke and sweet spice.
The palate is quite lemony to begin with, followed by hints of sweet spice, juniper and a light floral note. Good length wit the sweet spice and juniper lingering.
