Crisp apples, pear and mature honey magically combine along with leafy mint and sweet, succulent orange fruit. Lovely depth, quiet aromatic and very complex with late sweet creamy oak. A perfect nose!

The palate is crisp and mouth filling with lovely mature, light honey, citrus orange fruits all wrapped in a delightful seductive, creamy oak shell. Delightful and harmonious with a touch of spice. Long and endlessly fruity with a lovely minty, leafy aftertaste.

A slightly vegetal sherry cask dominated nose with some pleasant spicy moments. The palate is again a bit on the vegetal side, and one would describe it as a subdued sherry monster! Once past all the veggieness there is a pleasant depth with coffee and chocolate notes. A tart, alcoholic finish with an earthy/ dunnage floors finish
