A blend of spirits of approximately 5 years of age.

A young, exuberant, spirty, yet very rounded bouquet of dried fruit, nuts, earth, vanilla, marzipan and a hint of spice. The palate is quite complex for a young spirit. Soft, smooth and youthful with hints of nuts, dried fruit and vanilla with a clean peppery spice finish.

A blend of spirits of approximately 8 to 9 years old

The nose displays a cleaner, more mature aromas. Almost restrained and very earthy with dried fruit, rich honeyed apricot along with hints of vanilla and marzipan. The palate is fuller, deeper and richer. Quite honeyed with layers of apricot and dried fruit. Very long with a lovely developing spicy vanilla edge and finishing with hints of mature wood.

Age des Fleurs 40%

A blend of spirits of approximately 11 to 12 years old

A clean, delineated nose, similar to the age du Fruit but with greater purity and elegance. Intense dried fruit, less earthy notes but plenty of complexity – warm fruit, citrus, mature wood, along with hints of vanilla and tobacco. The palate is luxurious, mouth filling and full of soft aged fruits, raisins and dried orange peel and a touch of vanilla. Stunning length with the tobacco and earth notes lingering.

A blend of spirits of approximately 20 to 21 years old

A heavier, oiler but elegant bouquet. A mammoth depth of fruit cake, walnuts, toasted nuts, mature wood, earth, spice and stewed fruit. Absolutely sublime in the mouth. Deep, rich and mouth filling. Multi-dimensional, very soft and velvety smooth with a huge depth of very mature, ripe fruits, fruit cake, nuts, spice, a touch of vanilla, orange, almonds and walnuts. Incredible length and complexity.
