The nose is quite smoky with citrus and grain notes. Quite crisp and hard with an almost mineral character.
The palate is soft and lightly citric (lemon) with a distinct mineral/ stony character. Quite grainy too. Long and crisp with the lemon notes lingering, joined by a light earthy spiciness. In conclusion it’s a very impressive and characterful spirit with an unusual minerality.
