Nose: Quite a robust and fleshy nose. Slightly fragrant and lightly perfumed with warm vanilla notes.

Palate: Initially quite sweet, with an almost sugared character. A soft, grainy note comes through to balance as the spice and vanilla builds.

Finish: Good length with a lingering spiciness.

Conclusion: A well balanced spirit with a lovely finish.
