Nose: A little soapy but pungent and herbal with a lightly astringent coastal character. A touch of coffee and malt comes through and the herbal notes take on a young rye-like demeanour with time.
Palate: Crisp and fresh, but again slightly soapy. Relatively straightforward with barley, salt and herbal notes.
Finish: Intense and herbal with a lingering saltiness.
Conclusion: A bit simple but pleasantly bracing
