The nose is quite heavy and dense with malt, fragrant, youthful barley, oak, grass and citrus. There is pretty much no sherry character though.
The palate is straightforward with sweet barley, white fruit, malt and toffee. Good depth, if a little lighter than the nose suggests. Good length with acacia honey and earth in the finish. Again no sherry!
