A very mineral and citrus nose with hints of barley, grass, light honey and a touch of spice.
The palate is soft and slightly buttery with a good barley intensity. Hints of soft white fruit, grass and stones come through on the middle. The palate is a lot more interesting than the nose. Good length, again slightly creamy with a citrus and spice finish.
